Pre-Purchase Surveys

Land Registration
Since 2010, the law requires that if ownership of a property is being transferred, it must be registered with the Land Registry in digital form.

Prior to moving into one’s new house, it is strongly recommended and best practice to request a snag-list to be carried out.
